It does not cover the privacy practices of the independent businesses listed on the platform, who are responsible for their own customers' data.

Grayson Kolt Ltd, of Ballynure, BT39 9PX, is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Account details you provide directly, such as your name, email address and private contact number.
• Business profile information you choose to publish, such as trading name, description, location, categories and public contact details.
• Billing contact details used to process membership payments, handled through our payment provider, Stripe.
• Images and media you upload as part of a business profile or gallery.
• Technical information such as authentication tokens and session identifiers, needed to keep your account secure.

We use personal information to:

• Create and administer your account and business profile.
• Operate the public business directory and Makers Market pages.
• Process membership payments and manage billing.
• Review and moderate submitted business and media content before it is published.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important account or service updates.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where necessary to operate the service, including with:

• Supabase, our database and authentication provider.
• Stripe, our payment processor, for billing and membership.
• Cloud storage providers used to host uploaded images and media.
• Regulators, law enforcement or professional advisers where we are legally required to do so.

We keep account and business information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. Moderation and billing records may be retained for longer where required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account details yourself from account settings, or contact us using the details below for anything else.
