This policy applies to visitors browsing the public business directory, and to business owners, managers and team members who create an account with Grayson Kolt (“we”, “us”). It does not cover the privacy practices of the independent businesses listed on the platform, who are responsible for their own customers' data.

Grayson Kolt Ltd, of Ballynure, BT39 9PX, is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Account details you provide directly, such as your name, email address and private contact number.
• Business profile information you choose to publish, such as trading name, description, location, categories and public contact details.
• Billing contact details used to process pricing plan payments, handled through our payment provider, Stripe.
• Images and media you upload as part of a business profile or gallery.
• Technical information such as authentication tokens and session identifiers, needed to keep your account secure.

We use personal information to:

• Create and administer your account and business profile.
• Operate the public business directory and market pages.
• Process pricing plan payments and manage billing.
• Review and moderate submitted business and media content before it is published.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important account or service updates.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where necessary to operate the service, including with:

• Supabase, our database and authentication provider.
• Stripe, our payment processor, for billing and membership.
• Cloud storage providers used to host uploaded images and media.
• Regulators, law enforcement or professional advisers where we are legally required to do so.

We collect limited, anonymous usage analytics to understand how Grayson Kolt is used, for service analytics, and to help us administer and improve the platform. This includes:

• The pages, business profiles and market pages viewed, grouped into general categories (for example “Directory” or “Business profile”) rather than raw web addresses.
• An approximate location - city, region and country, and an approximate latitude/longitude - derived from your network connection at the time of your visit.
• A randomly generated identifier stored in your browser, used only to avoid counting the same visit multiple times. It is not linked to your account, name or email address, even if you are signed in while browsing.

We do not store your raw IP address as part of this analytics feature. Live, moment-to-moment visitor activity is kept only briefly and is not retained; aggregated historical page-view data is kept for a limited period (around 30 days) before being removed. This data is only accessible to a small number of authorised platform administrators, and is never shown to businesses at an individual-visitor level.

We keep account and business information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. Moderation and billing records may be retained for longer where required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account details yourself from account settings, or contact us using the details below for anything else.

Details of the cookies and similar technologies we use are set out in our Cookie Information page.
